Villa Kubu Accommodation
This unique group of luxurious villas consists of some units of One Bedroom Villa, Two Bedrooms Villa and Three Bedrooms Villa. Each villa with its own private swimming pool, private kitchen, living room, dining room and lush tropical garden. Villa Kubu One Bedroom
In the complex there are six units of private villas with one bedroom. There is also one villa with one bedroom (Villa XV), however it has a connecting door with Villa III to create a four bedrooms villa.
Each villa has a private swimming pool, and fully equipped with every single facilities from best quality. However each villa has different design and characteristic. Please check photo gallery of each villa below.
Villa Kubu Two Bedrooms
There are three units of villa with two bedrooms: Kubu I, Kubu II, and Kubu VIII. Although each villa has different design and characteristic, however all are fully equipped with facility from same standard. Please check gallery of each villa below.
Villa Kubu Three Bedrooms
In the beginning, Villa Kubu III was one of the first villa built at the complex. Then, the complex has been developed by the owner. Today there are two units of villa with three bedrooms: Kubu III, and Kubu XVI. The Kubu XVI is the newest one and was just launched on the beginning of 2007. Like other villas, all villas are fully equipped with facility from same standard, a high quality one.

- Each villa can accommodate 2 persons per bedroom
- Check-in time: 14.00
- Check-out time: 11.00
- Early check-in is free upon villa availability
- Late check-out until 18.00 will be charged at 50% of the applicable seasons rate
- Late check-out after 18.00 will be charged at 100% of the applicable seasons rate
- All food and beverage are at guests account
